Just download the app, log in and check if you can get a vieno tonight. Check out the map with the places that offer a free drink tonight, find the one you like and reserve your vieno. Later on, on the same day, visit the bar, show the vieno coupon on your mobile device to the staff, order your drink and enjoy! It's that simple! Have fun and drink responsibly! --- Frequently Asked Questions --- How many vienos can I have every day? You have the chance to get one (1) vieno every day. If you haven't, you can try again tomorrow after 7:00am, local time. Can I order any kind of drink that I want in exchange for my vieno? You may order any drink you like (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), except for coffee, hot tea or hot cocoa. Also, you cannot exchange your vieno for food items. What happens if I reserve the vieno, but can't go to the bar, because something came up? Nothing happens! Your vieno is cancelled on the next day at 7:00am and then you can try again to get a new one. I reserved my vieno, but I couldn't visit the bar because it was too crowded and I couldn't find a seat. What now? Reserving a vieno means that you are entitled to one free drink at the specific bar on the same day (or night) that you have reserved it. It does not mean that you have reserved a seat or table at the bar and we are not responsible if you do not get served. Also, the bar has the right to deny serving you, in accordance to the Law. I resreved my vieno but now i don't want to go to that bar. What can i do? You can always cancel the reservation and we urge you to do so in the case that you cannot redeem it. By doing that you will be redirected back to the map screen and you will be able to check out which other bars have available vienos at that time and make a reservation at another venue. What is the maximum value of a free drink that I can order, after I have reserved a vieno? That depends on the bars and is not set by us. They can have vienos with maximum value of 4EURO, 5EURO or even 15EURO. If the value of your vieno is less than the cost of the drink you ordered, you have to pay the difference. For example, if the vieno's value is 5EURO and the drink you want to order costs 7EURO, you have to pay the 2EURO difference. If the vieno's value (5EURO) is higher than the cost of the drink you ordered (4EURO), the bar does NOT have to pay you back the difference (1EURO) or subtract the value of the difference from your next drink or give you more than one drink to cover the difference.
